Behind this innocuous title hides one of the major European collectors. For the last thirty years, he has been going through tens of thousands of photos, scavenging from dustbins or boxes stored in attics, acquiring entire collections when people moved or died, spending hours in flea markets. He has been spending days cataloging, swapping, selling, buying photos.Today, he is offering us travel through time, before cars were invented, when the Pyramids were still in the desert and Japan was closed to Westerners.
