Upon the occasion of Georgetown University's celebration of the adoption of the constitution and founding of the University at a sesquicentennial convocation, J. Edgar Hoover, director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, was today presented with an honorary Doctor of Laws degree by the Rev. Arthur O'Leary, president of the university 1939 . J. Edgar.
