Juan Ventosa Calvell (Barcelona , March 7, 1879 - Lausanne , August 17, 1959 ) Lawyer, economist and politician . He was Spanish Minister of Finance and Supply during the reign of Alfonso XIII. One of the most relevant figures of Catalan political regionalism , as founder of the Regionalist League . At the outbreak of the Civil War, he worked with the side of General Franco so settled in Burgos , working abroad in the repatriation of capital through its capacity as a lawyer from the Bank of Spain .
