Root of Evil was a 2011 rerelease of the 2003 movie Acacia. The South Korean horror film tells the story of a couple who adopt a young orphan boy who soon develops an unhealthy obsession with an acacia tree in the backgarden. Directed by Park Ki-hyeong and starring Shim Hye-jin.
