Statue of Sir Edmund Hillary in front of the school in Khumjung, which was built by Himalayan Trust on his inspiration. Hillary, together with Tenzing Norgay Sherpa, was the first to reach the summit of Mount Everest, also known as Sagarmatha, Chomolungma.
