Bardan Gompa, the dramatically located Buddhist monastery of the Bardan village in Zanskar, the sub-region of Ladakh in Northern India. Many inhabitants of the region, also called Little Tibet, follow Tibetan Buddhism and this monastery belong to the Drukpa Lineage, order or sect of the Kagyu tradition.
