Felicia Dorothea Hemans (1793-1835), English poet. Today best known for her poem Casabianca (The boy stood on the burning deck from which all but he had fled) . At the Battle of the Nile (1798), Giocante, the 12-year-old son of Luce Julien Joseph Casabianca, remained at his post on the deck of his father's burning ship, the L'Orient, the French flagship.
