Chemnitz has big plans - it wants to become the European Capital of Culture in 2025. An important step on this path is a large-scale art project in public space. Gegenwarten Presences brings together the works of 20 international artists - to be seen everywhere in Chemnitz. WANDELGANG is the name of this work by the Dutch artists' collective Observatorium
