Wechselburg Abbey, formerly also known as Zschillen Abbey, is a Benedictine monastery in Wechselburg in Saxony. The collegiate church, a late Romanesque basilica, is one of the best-preserved large Romanesque buildings east of the Saale. The rood screen with its sculptures is one of the most outstanding examples of German art from the 13th century
