Artists' house, a traditional residential and studio building built by Martin Pietzsch in Loschwitz in 1897-998. The imposing house, which appears somewhat too large for the neighbourhood, is strongly influenced by the Art Nouveau style and was extensively renovated over several years from 1987 onwards
