The Floating Office Rotterdam, is considered the world's largest floating office building, jetty for water taxis, in the Rijnhaven, 28ha harbour basin, has now been filled in by almost a third to create space for up to 3000 flats, there will be an artificial beach, a floating park connected by jetties, restaurants and shops, cultural facilities, a major urban development project in the old harbour, the Rijnhaven borders on the popular districts of Kop van Zuid and Katendrecht, Rotterdam, Netherlands
