Series of eight procelain soup bowls from Sèvres, forming part of Prince Camille Borghèse's private set. The design includes a green chrome background with a gold decorative border. There is a spinning rosette in the centre with alternating leaves and flowers. This motif is also used on the edge of the plate to form a gilded crown on a background of green chrome.
These eight soup bowls form a fifty piece procelain series belonging to Prince Camille Borghèse . This set, which originally consisted of 459 pieces was put up for sale on 7th December 1808. It was purchased by Prince Camille BORGHESE on 27th April 1809.
