American DD-537 destroyer "Sullivan". Belonging to the very numerous Fletcher class (175 units completed before the Japanese surrender on September 2, 1945. Begun on April 4, 1943 at the San Francisco shipyards of the Bethlehem Shipbuilding Corporation, it served only in the Pacific.
