Kurt Eisner (1867-1919), Socialist politician (firstly, member of the SPD, then after 1917, the USPD), German writer and philosopher who played an important rome in 1918 during the Revolution in November, taking part in overthrowing the monarchy in Babavaria. He was assassinated in Munich on 21st February 1919.
