Piacenza, Sanctuary of the Madonna della Campagna: the dome of the transept. The lantern (the skylight) with God the Father, the segments of the cap with the prophets, the frieze with mythological scenes are frescoes by Giovanni Antonio de Sacchis, known as il Pordenone (1530 -1532). The eight panels of the tambour with stories of the Virgin, and the pendentives with the Evangelists, are frescoes by Bernardino Gatti, known as "the Sojaro" and helpers, 1543.
