Piazza Duomo: la facciata del Duomo e, in primo piano, la statua dedicata a Vittorio Emanuele II (1879 - 1896), in bronzo per la statua e per gli altorilievi, e in marmo di Carrara e granito per il basamento. Lo scultore Ercole Rosa morì prima di averla terminata. Il lavoro venne completato sotto la direzione di Ettore Ferrari.

Piazza Duomo: the facade of the Duomo and, in the foreground, the statue dedicated to Vittorio Emanuele II (1879 - 1896), in bronze for the statue and for the high reliefs, and in Carrara marble and granite for the base. The sculptor Ercole Rosa died before having finished it. The work was completed under the direction of Ettore Ferrari.
