France, Hauts-de-France region, Somme department, Amiens, the cathedral forecourt. Built in 1904 by the architect Edmond Douillet, as part of a group of 6 houses built in the medieval style. Bombed in 1940, only the end houses (including this one) were rebuilt identically. (Maison de l'Architecte on the left, Maison du Pèlerin on the right).
