Chartres. The Chartres Cathedral. Interior. In the choir. Biblical scenes. In 1753, the canons started construction of the transformation of the choir. It is adorned with stucco columns and eight hangings were replaced by eight bas-reliefs. The Group was sculpted by Bridan and the Assumption at the High Altar.
