In 1954 the American Firm Minnoqua proposes this waterproof vinyl costume for fishermen, called the Floating Bubble. Equipped with an adjustable webbed seat and as large a as bouy, the total being 2.5 kilos and able to fit in a basket. It is guaranteed to be non-capsizing. However watch for those gusts of wind.
