Virginie Déjazet (1798-1875)
She was a French actress and played in 'Le tricorne enchanté' by Théophile Gautier, 'Gentil-Bernard' by Dumanoir, and 'L'enfant et l'amour' by Bayard.
In 1859, she bought a theatre (in the IIIrd arrondissement of Paris, former Jeu de Paume) which was later named after her (Théâtre Dejazet).
