Bas-relief symbolising the Administration Française

Caption

The Administration Française: bas-relief in the crypt of Napoleon's tomb in the church of les Invalides in Paris.

In the center, Napoleon I, with the beam of power, holds in his left hand the law of 28 Pluviose VII establishing the administrative centralization, and the other supports the helm of affairs of centralized France. The Hydra that struggles under the tongue symbolizes the administrative anarchy which France will now be issued. Justice and Prudence inform and prepare decisions. Public abundance and prosperity show great results to be obtained.
