Paterson, New Jersey - Textiles. Jackson Winding and Warping Company. Picture of a Sipp-Eastwood DY type of High Speed Warper. This machine is similar to the one above except that the warp is wound on to the old type of creel. After the warp is made up it is beamed. On this type of machine it takes from 2-1/4 to 2-1/2 hours to make the usual type of warp.
