Paris, the market des Innocents, with the Fontaine des Innocents (formerly Fountain of the Nymphs) in the middle. The Fountain was designed by Jean Goujon and built by Pierre Lescot (1547-1550).
The market was set up in 1787, when the Cimetière des Innocents was moved out of town.
