Biography
Damien Grenon was born in 1979 near Rouen, France. Photography was early a passion for him, as he grew up seeing his grandfather spent most of his spare time with a camera or in a dark room. After having been a photographer's assistant for several years, he started seriously working on his photography in 2003 and specialized in portrait. He has a unique style that combines the art of staging the decor with colourful elements. With this, Damien Grenon manages to show the real personality of each person he takes the portrait of. Whether they are designers, starred chef, politicians, musicians, businessmen or journalists. Damien Grenon works with prestigious advertising agencies and many magazines such as : Biba, Cosmopolitan, Elle, Glamour, Le Figaro, Le Monde, Le Nouvel Observateur, Marie-France, Red, Rolling Stones, Télérama, etc. His photographs have also been exhibited in group shows, in 2000 and 2012.
