An ionic column fragment from the Stoa of Echo at Olympia, Greece. The Echo Stoa is located along the east side of the Altis at Olympia. It was built about 350 BC. Olympia, a sanctuary of ancient Greece, is probably best known for having been the site of the Olympic Games in classical times.
