In the suburb of Corofina Nord, Bamako, Mali, there is a dusty field which facilitates a corporate life. Young people in particular gather at the field in the late afternoon to play sport - basketball and soccer - socialise, and interact. Staying in a guest house adjoining the field I had the priviledge of participating and observing a community at play.
