A mother with her sick daughter and a care worker. Sadly the daughter died a week after this photograph was taken. Mphophomeni, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. We were visiting this family as part of the Ethembeni HIV/AIDS Ministry of the Howick Community Church. This is a faith based, registered NPO that functions to serve the community in the area around Howick, in the KZN midlands, South Africa.
