A team from Newfrontiers churches in Harare visit Reuben Makazhu and his family in the Kaitano area of Zambezi Valley, Zimbabwe. Makazhu and his wife have been sick for a long time and may be terminally ill. This is not surprising in an area where malaria, cholera and HIV/AIDS are endemic. The couple have three children. Who will look after them when their parents die? This is where local churches are essential for the long term survival of communities
