The Revd Bob Taylor. The D…l's Chaplain' Robert Taylor (1784-1844) English clergyman called by some the Devil's chaplain. Ordained in the Anglican church, he became a sceptic in 1818 and associated with the freethinker Richard Carlile. He was twice convicted of blasphemy. Lithograph c1820.
