Temple of Hathor, Abu Simbel, Aswan, Egypt. Hathor was the wife of the Ancient Egyptian sun god. Smaller than the Temple of Rameses II (1279-1213 BC) the facade has statues of Rameses' wife Nefertari flanked by statues of Rameses.
