In "The Book of Genji", Eleventh century classic of Japanese literature, Nyosan is the second principal wife of Genji, son of the Japanese Emperor. Japanese coloured woodblock print. Suzuki Harunobu (1725-1770) Japanese artist and printmaker, the first to produce full colour prints.
