Illustration shows two men, one labelled 'Georgia' and the other labelled 'Maine', both are holding bottles, one labelled 'Orange Phosphate' and the other labelled 'Cold Tea' which contain alcohol; their pockets are filled with such bottles, their method of subverting prohibition.
