Graduates of the seventh session of the National Police Academy of the Federal Bureau of Investigation were given their diplomas by FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover. Senator Robert R. Reynolds of North Carolina, who delivered an address at the exercises, is shown in the centre 1938 photograph of J. Edgar. Hoover 1895-1972.
