The Plates from the Second Book of the De Humani Corporis Fabrica by Andreas Vesalius, (1514-1564) Plate 27 - The Fourth Plate of the Muscles. The fourth plate shows as many as possible of the muscles of the preceding plate, lifted away in the progress of dissection, and thereupon offers for inspection many which have not yet come into view in the earlier plates.
