On the right are bolts of cloth labelled "Enlightened Foreign Policy" and "Rational Expansion." The strips on Uncle Sam's trousers are labelled "Texas, Louisiana Purchase, Alaska, Florida, California, Hawaii, [and] Porto Rico."
