Sababurg, formerly known as Zappenburg, then Zapfenburg and now popularly known as Sleeping Beauty Castle after the Brothers Grimm fairy tale, is the ruins of a hilltop castle in the legendary Reinhardswald forest in the northern Hessian district of Kassel.
