Thomas Troubridge (ca. 1758-1807) English naval officer who rose to the rank of rear admiral. Joined the Royal Navy in 1773 and served in the East Indies, at the Battle of Cape St Vincent and in Abukir Bay. In 1807 his ship sank off Madagascar and he and his entire crew perished.
