Petersburg, Illinois - Henry Onstot's residence (right) and his cooper shop (where he made buckets, tubs, and barrels) at Lincoln's New Salem State Historic Site. The site is a reconstruction of New Salem Village, where Abraham Lincoln lived as a young man from 1831 to 1837. The reconstruction was done as a Civilian Conservation Corps project during the Great Depression.
