The hub height of the E-138 EP3 wind turbine manufactured by Enercon is 131 metres and the rotor diameter is 138.6 metres. When a rotor blade is positioned exactly vertically above the hub, the total height of the turbine is just under 200 metres. The operator is Gladbeck-Wind GmbH, a joint venture between STEAG and RWE.
