Pors Poulhan, Brittany, France - Dolmen tomb, Allée couverte de Pors Poulhan, the megalithic site was severely damaged during the Second World War and was subsequently demolished. M. Le Goffic succeeded in restoring the monument through excavations using the wedges and old photos and sketches. It is a 15 metre long Allée Couverte with a very rarely preserved, pointed slab enclosure, comparable to the prow of a ship, a dolmen is a prehistoric tomb built from stone blocks (megaliths), several megalithic sites have been discovered in Plouhinec. The various monuments from the Palaeolithic and Neolithic periods can be visited along a 1.5 kilometre coastal footpath around Pors Poulhan
