"Refugees have reached their village. German posts examine their luggage and check their statement. If everything is alright, they are allowed to move into their houses again". Motive from the Eastern front on the 4th of August in 1941. The attack of the German Wehrmacht on the Soviet Union on the 22nd of June in 1941 was going under the alias "Operation Barbarossa".
