"Supplies have to be brought to the emplacement with the cable railway across the Caucasus Valley. The picture shows mountain infantry crossing the river". Motive from the Eastern front on the 15th of January in 1943. The attack of the German Wehrmacht on the Soviet Union on the 22nd of June in 1941 was going under the alias "Operation Barbarossa".
