Street battle after Meinhof suicide in Frankfurt

View of a burning police car. Demonstrants and police were involved in one of the "most brutal conflict" in the past years on the 10th of May in 1976 in Frankfurt am Main during a forbidden protest march on the occasion of anarchist U. Meinhof's suicide. Roughly 600 demonstrants threw Molotov cocktails and stones on police men. More than a dozen are said to be injured, one of them perilously.
