US troops demonstrate construction of floating bridge

Soldiers of the 24th US infantry division demonstrate a floating bridge, which can even carry the weight of a tank, on the army training ground near Dachau in Bavaria on the 19th of November in 1964.
The soldiers carried out the demonstration in honour of US ambassador George C. McGhee (not in picture), who visited the troops.
