US troop transport to Berlin drives through Soviet zone

Légende

US combat groups driving through the Soviet zone, passing a Soviet tank monument, on their way to Berlin on 20th August 1961. The American soldiers, coming from the FGR, had to drive through the Soviet zone to reinforce the US troops already stationed in Berlin. The journey proceeded without any problems.
