US troop transport to Berlin leads through Soviet zone
Légende
Vehicles of a US military convoy driving through the Soviet zone, passing a People's Police officer of the GDR, on their way to Berlin on 6th November 1963. The American soldiers, coming from the FGR, had to drive through the Soviet zone to relieve the US troops already stationed in Berlin. The journey proceeded without any problems.
