US troop transport reaches Berlin after trip through Soviet zone

Vehicles of an US military convoys reachh the allied check point Dreilinden in Berlin on the 6th of November in 1963.
Coming from the Federal Republic of Germany, the American soldiers had to drive through the Soviet zone on their way to Berlin, to replace US troops stationed there.
After the convoy had been held back at border crossing point Marienborn at first, the journey proceeded without any problems.
