Undated archive picture from the 1960s of American warrant officer Carl E. Miller. Miller survived a jump with the parachute from 900 metres height on the 29th of March in 1969, during which his parachute and the emergency parachute opened only incompletely and did not slow down his fall. He only broke his ankles.
