Ukrainian women packing parcels for German "front vacationers" of the eastern front - the National Socialist reporting writes on 12 November 1943: "Front vacationer parcel campaign. The flour bags for the 'front vacationers' are filled at modern filling machines." The soldiers of the German Wehrmacht who came from the front for home leave received the so called "Führer package" - a food package with flour, sugar, marmelade/honey, and butter.
