Légende
The tower mill at Haverhill, Suffolk, 1932. Windmill with a circular, or annular sail. This windmill was one of only four windmills to be fitted with this type of sail, none of which survive. The sail, which was effectively a wind wheel, was said to have been fitted by the owner, a Mr Ruffle, in around 1860.
